Pros
Fast paced depending on the store and season. Benefits are fantastic, and if you get a good manager the job can be enjoyable and they'll work with your schedule so that it works for everyone.
Cons
Highschool level drama, favoritism, elitism, and seniority complexes are just to name a few of what you can run into. The problem is that it differs from store to store, and each tire has its own little way of running. If you get a good store with an honest manager then its honestly a fantastic company. If not, then its not work the pay, or being treated like less of a person.
