Some decent benefits once you get enough hours, pay increase by hours put in

Some departments understaffed due to corporate not wanting to pay for more employees putting ridiculous workloads on some, no sick days, force employees in food service to work despite being physically ill and not safe to handle food because they keep kitchens understaffed, punishment-driven policies, over-all vibe of employees is miserable, hardly anyone gets full time, the environment isn't aesthetically "nice" which contributes to the morale of the staff.
