      You're not micromanaged for the most part. Freedom to work by yourself at your own steady pace.

      Cons

      Not enough hours given to employees. Job was marketed as full time on posting but struggled to get any hours. Lazy management.

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
