      Plenty of training. Excellent benefits

      Cons

      Horrible starting salary and raise policy. Only 25 cents per cycle. 2 years would see you making 9.75 per hour

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
