Not the best paying job but hours work with it

Organized and clean stores - at least at the front end. Compentant management and administrative professionalism.

Irregular hours, not dependent on cashier performance. A lack of incentives to succeed at long term goals. There’s no reason to be motived to achieve a higher performance percentage insofar as cashiering is concerned. Total lack of respect for personal or professional leave of absences before one year - FMLA is your only protection. Once you have accrued 5 absences within one year you are automatically terminated. Furthermore “points” accrued before our one year milestone is achieved do not count towards FMLA protection and only roll over/ disappear after the anniversary date of said accrual.
