Pros
Things get done ad hoc and very quickly. No internal red tape. Can be a pro. I've worked for a lot of companies that bill themselves as "fast paced" but really they are often methodical and slow. This company is genuinely very fast paced. Pay for coffee beans. Reasonable salary. Good location - lots of free parking. Lots of opportunities to learn. The work itself it generally interesting.
Cons
Things get done ad hoc and very quickly. No internal red tape. Can be a con. Poor work culture. People actually get fired here, not at all uncommon; so watch your back. Very high staff turnover. Not that it matters and you won't know anyone by name anyways (as long as it's not you that gets fired). Something goes wrong... Fix it ASAP? Nah... just find someone to blame. That is always top priority. Blame first, fix later. Requirements? Nah... Just guess what the customers want delivered based on heresay.
