Confining workplace, micromanagement, treated like children by administration, poor leadership , timed to the very minute. If you're a teacher, you teach 2, 3 hour classes a day. Three hours per class is a long time. Also, your contract goes from September 1 to August 31st. It was very difficult not being able to bring in your cell phone into the prison. Incredibly hard for loved ones to get a hold of you!
