      Cons

      Work processes are very poor. Top management is unprofessional and rude. This is the last place in the world if want to work for. You don't have any freedom and micromanagement is terrible and annoying.

      Pros

      Well-paid job, getting salary on time. Enough weekends and sick days. If you haven't used your weekends in a year, you can carry them over to the next one or take money

      Cons

      Constant worries about the company closing. Managers often do not find common ground with investors. An unpleasant suspended state.
