Pros
-The discount was really good. There’s many opportunities for growth within the company. I also did learn a lot with visuals and everything else. They’ll also give you a gift card known as “Windsor bucks” to give you money to reward you, but they rarely reward you.
Cons
A red flag I did see in the beginning was that everyone was so quick to fire people and I got to say it’s extremely easy to get fired in this company (no I didn’t get fired I ended up quitting). Some other negatives include an extremely small payroll. High expectations for making your sales goals for no commission. They claim to offer you “Windsor bucks” if you made more than a certain percentage of your goal, but they don’t. The company is EXTREMELY understaff not just for sales associates but for management as well. So if you still want to apply and get hired they’re more than likely ask you to help out at other stores as well. Again they claim to give you Windsor bucks for traveling stores, but they don’t. Because of the small payroll and no staff you’ll not only work like a slave for the store you’re working at but at other stores as well.
