This company pays so POOR and has a VERY high turn over rate for managers and associates. They are always firing store managers! This upper management is RUDE and doesn’t care about the employees themselves! There are better brands and better opportunities. This company is all over the place. Always DRAMA in the work place and you have to kiss up to move up. An area manager hired me to be a store manager thinking she was getting promoted but she did not and I flew outta state to be with the company! The same manager illy trained myself and the whole team. They only train store managers pretty much. No Career here with this company. In Texas maybe but in California you have to be in your position for years to move up. I make the same pay as another manager and she’s been with the company years and has been asking for .50 or a $1 and still hasn’t gotten it so that should say a lot!
