Pros

The discount is freaking awesome.

Cons

Any management above store has feeling of entitlement to power, thrive off of unnecessary write ups, false promises, racists ( tag all black people as shoplifters, they call them "yellow tags", by the way watch out for that..) No empathy for those who wish to spend thanksgiving or any other holidays with family, they have a theory in their company that 80% of their employees will steal if given the chance. EIGHTY PERCENT?! Talk about trust issues. Loss prevention tactics are LUDACRIS. They will punish someone if there has been some theft and make it seem like it's impossible for someone to take anything even when there are only two people working and it's busy. The distric manager is probably the worst of them all. She treats the people who need the most help like kindergartners who don't know anything. She is demeaning and she talks down to Store Manager in front of employees and customers. Has had verbal conplaints from customers on the way she treats employees. Overall the morale of this particular company is subpar at THE VERY BEST.

Pros

The company has a great culture and is led by a team of incredible executives. In the field, we are given the trust and freedom to run our districts like our own business. Leadership values my input and communication and expectations are clear. The the work-life balance is highly supported. Excellent bonus structure if your stores hit their targets. The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

Cons

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
