Cons
-The cons are infinite. Awful isn't even the appropriate word to describe this place of employment. The amount of tears that I saw from different co-workers including myself was sad. -You can go above and beyond and no advancement will happen unless you are all over management kissing their peach. Other than that you are just another peasant in their eyes. -They allow bully behavior and do nothing about it even if you speak up. -The biggest RED FLAG is that they promote women empowerment, but the women that are in high positions (DMMs) are the ones that make sure to make you feel powerless and worse about yourself. (I left this place with the biggest depression of my life) -If you're a woman and plan on having kids this is not the place for you. They will literally make you feel guilty about being pregnant. When you return from maternity leave, they will have a "better position" for you. -Forget about asking for a raise, they literally make you beg for a raise. If by a miracle you do get a raise it's like a quarter, but they will gladly pile up the work of 3 people to one person. -If the company is doing great an the numbers for your department are up the DMMs immediately take credit, but as soon as the company sales go down they put the blame on the buyers and assistants. -If you are an Introvert then you are already going to be a bad apple. One of the owners openly said at a meeting that if you aren't talkative then he basically doesn't care for you. So there goes favoritism.
