      Pros

      Very relax atmosphere. Nothing is ever pressing. It’s super hard to meet billable hours because the work isn’t busy.

      Cons

      You can’t be a real litigator there. As an associate you are mainly responsible for discovery responses and motion practice. You rarely get to go to court. The partners do everything and you are behind the scene person. If you are a motivated hardwork and want to learn real trial experience. This isn’t the place for you.

      They will let you take on a senior role quickly if you demonstrate you can handle the work. Partners are very approachable and will help if they have time

      Cons

      Staffing on cases is thin. Insurance rates mean they do not pay big law salary

      Practice area is not the most interesting if you don't love finance or securities.
