      Pros

      The work culture at Wingmate is the best I've ever come across in my life. Everyone is super supportive and truly wishes the best for all of their colleagues & clients. I plan on staying with Wingmate for a very long time. I'm super grateful for the opportunity I have here!

      Terrible management, app is full of bugs and security holes. No long-term vision for the company.

      Easy to get hired I guess

      Cons

      Poor leadership and no real growth opportunities, lower than market standard pay - micromanage your daily activities and would rather see you put in menial hours on the phones than actual results
