      Great culture. Amazing group of people. High potential for growth, both personally as well as the company itself

      Cons

      It being a startup, there is obviously a limit to the resources available at times, while structure is less clearly defined than you would you find at large companies.

      - High independence and ownership of work - Space to try on new projects and experiment to increase professional and personal growth - Team culture is great, the management really cares about the team. - Team travels together to do workcations, you will always find someone to travel with :)

      - Work-life balance can get difficult if you do not know how to keep your tasks highly organised

      Is a fast paced organisation so if you are just looking to work for money, this isn't a place for you!
