Although WinnCompanies is not alone in the workplace evolution toward a more structured in-office environment, we understand this change is less convenient for some — even though it only adds one additional day in the office. The decision to adopt a new policy for hybrid work came after a great deal of thought and firsthand observations. Having experienced hybrid schedules for five years, it became clear to leadership that strengthening in-person collaboration would help fuel continued growth and innovation, and promote creativity, mentoring and career advancement opportunities for all corporate team members. We're proud of the way that members of our corporate team have embraced the revised in-office schedule, but we understand and appreciate some team members will face a more difficult transition.
