Pros
What I really liked about Winnie was that it was 100% remote, but I still felt connected to my team and other teams since there was biweekly time slots (optional) dedicated to 30ish minutes of playing games with each other over Zoom. Solving problems, puzzles, etc. Everyone communicates with each other well, The product is awesome. Great support system.

There aren't any cons that I experienced during my time at Winnie.
