Pros
They pay excellent and have a decent benefits package. When you are first hired on they are extremely nice and helpful.
Cons
After the first day, I virtually had zero training. As a new employee and not knowing all of the policies and such I had questions that needed answers. When I would ask my supervisor the questions. They would roll their eyes and act annoyed. Jobs expect you to be there on-time for your shift, but Winona County was upset that I was unwilling to come in 15-20 minutes early for my shift and sit there and not get paid for it. When it came time for me to leave for my new employment, I was talked about by my supervisor and co-workers within ear shot of my desk. Working in this kind of environment was not positive and management is the worst I have ever seen. There is a reason that they are constantly hiring people. Their current employees leave and do not want to work there.
