      Winston Baker is the preeminent provider of Media & Entertainment finance conferences throughout the world. This company provided great global networking opportunities. Co-Founders are extremely intelligent. They go out of their way to be fair and treat the entire staff very well.

      Cons

      Very long hours at times, particularly just prior to conferences. Most positions are compensation based.
