5yThanks for taking the time to review the company. You are right about the small family owned atmosphere being both a pro and a con. I hope to never lose that small business mentality that allows us to know everyone's name, but there are also some benefits that come with working from a bigger company as well. We'll certainly continue to push to grow, while keeping in mind that we never want to lose those relationships.
