Leadership lacks clarity and consistency in decision-making. Decisions are highly centralized; little room for individual input. Work culture can feel toxic if you’re not aligned with management. Employees are often judged more on pleasing leadership than actual performance. Role expectations can change frequently, regardless of your learning curve or expertise. Accountability is uneven, execution issues are often blamed on employees even when decisions come from the top

1.They will hire you for 4 month with good package and after 4 month they fired. 2.No vision for future randomly hire and fire if you don't have a project then why you hire. 3.No work life balance people are working whole night here. 4.Guys if you want to destroy your carrier you join this organization. 5.Head of engineering management very poor only one work he do shouting on the employees
