Pros
I feel like the Company actually cares about a work-life balance and cares for their employees. Deadlines are deadlines, but people are willing to jump in and help with engagements. Scheduling is a bit more flexible, whereas other firms want to have a rigid 24-week-out schedule that doesn't allow for much sway if clients aren't ready for us. The partners/managers bake in "wrap up" time in the schedules of all employees to allow for clean-up work to actually get done, instead of just having everything fall to the manager.
Cons
Compensation is decent, so I can't really complain. Some of the clients are not very complex/large and are not as clean as some I'm used to working with. There are changes in firm software that should become a net positive, but right now there are the usual growing pains. The firm is understanding of the issues when converting to new processes, though.
