      - amazing product (security and privacy focus) - huge market demand across the enterprise and government - awesome penthouse/loft office in the Hackesche Höfe in Berlin - very friendly and welcoming atmosphere - challenging working environment to deliver an outstanding product roadmap and delivering a market fit

      Cons

      - ready to scale product needs to be developed first - sales cycle with customers a longer due to high feature requests

      Pay is OK. Berlin has tons of startups.

      From 2022-2024, went through 4 CEOs, 5 CROs, 3 CFOs, 2 HR heads. Each one and each combination had a different way to run the company. No common end goal.
