      Training is horrible and upper management. Try being encouraging to your new employees instead of bringing them down and telling them how you didn't think so and so was going to make it ... Or I understand if you leave this job isn't for everyone

      Hours, PTO, Convict friendly, Drop out friendly

      Cons

      Management, leads openly steal and brag, HR constantly gets fired, new plant manager every year, no quality control, safety nonexistent, OSHA violations plenty, NLRB violations every day
