* Ability to make a difference to the way things are done and to develop both new systems and ways fix old problems. * Amazing staff attitude that makes a really positive place to work. * Great support towards personal development as well growing skills required for your business role * Plenty of staff benefits I've never seen at other places I've worked. * Ever changing technical challenge as new clients come on board and want to work on new things and with new technologies. * Large quantity of staff social events, not just the traditional once a year 'work do' but regular things organised by staff for staff just because we are all friends now in and out of the office.
Cons
* Long hours, not because I'm forced too but because I often get engrossed in my work and then realise I should have gone home hours ago. * Working in an office with a view over a live airport and runway can be a distracting at times, especially when its airshow week.
