The beginning was awesome. You couldn't have paid me to switch jobs until about a year ago. Cool contests. The people that I worked with at my specific store and area were awesome. The pay is okay. You get hourly plus commission. Your commission is where you can make the most money.
Cons
They should rename the company to micromanage advantage except there is no advantage to micromanaging. I use to be on fire and excited about coming to work and being competitive in sales. However, that begin to change as the company changed. They took a negative direction and so did I. This company is also full of broken promises. I was promised so many things including a pay raise that never occurred. I was also accused of "using" the company until I finished school. Um...WHAT?! Last time I checked I was the ONLY one who stayed through many groups of people that quit at my store. But I'm "using" y'all? Wow. I'm going to bet the company's overall turnover rate is sky high. I know I worked with over 20 people just at my store. The store I was at was staffed for no more than 3-4 reps. That should tell you how many people hated this job and quit.
Camera stalking- you will be watched on camera. Certain managers will watch cameras and call you to give you tasks if you don't look like you're doing something.
Store hours- need to be shortened bc 4 hours until close we may see 1-3 people.
