Pros
The best part of working for Wireless Logic were the colleagues in the Benelux office. There was a cozy atmosphere and everyone is looking after each other. You get a high degree of autonomy and management is actively working on ensuring a trusting environment for everyone.
Cons
influence from Group-level management could sometimes collide with local initiatives. Depending on the level you're working, it could affect your own work. Then again, this was also due to the phase the company was in back then.
