      The firmware engineering team is a smart group and works pretty good together. Generous paid time off.

      Cons

      Product releases are driven by the financial needs of the company not based on realistic time to accomplish tasks. There is no career growth!

      Pros

      I had more fun working for this company as they were small and my tasks were different everyday. The people were all great.

      Cons

      Seismic industry is in the dumps along with the oil and gas industry, so no one is buying equipment. Company unfortunately has had to go through 2 downsizings.
