      You are immediately put into some very interesting government projects. Decent starting salary.

      Cons

      Snow days are unpaid. No room to go up. Salary increases for entry level are negligible.

      Pros

      Great project federal project work, interesting environment, contractors aren't micromanaged and are encouraged to speak up with suggestions, corporate staff is fantastic, benefits are well above average.

      Cons

      Salary isn't as competitive as it could be. Also, due to the nature of federal contract work there are limited opportunities for advancement.
