      Pros

      Great way to develop telecommunication, sales, and fundraising skills. Fun people in the office. Pays marginally better than minimum wage and opportunities for growth if you stick around.

      Cons

      You have to deal with a lot of rejection, every shift. Which can take a bit of a toll. Also high turnover of employees. And everyone has to work on Sundays.
