Pros
Great guys to work with, military planes awesome to see. Benefits with flight training include huge discount on rentals.
Cons
Equipment breaks down a lot, and our mechanics are not given the correct tools for the job. Management is one sided, with the CEO being critical of us constantly even though we essentially keep the company afloat.
