You can always be replaced. - Addicted to self-defense and excuses. No guts to take up any responsibilities. - Addicted to power. Deep rooted top down micro management approach. - Addicted to self-satisfaction. "Yes Man" culture, not tolerating anyone's ideas. - Addicted to gossip. You will be judged by your peers more than your ability. Bad mouth every single staff who left the company. - Addicted to blame. You will be blamed for not executing unapproved plans. - Addicted to outdated policies. You will be asked to propose but never take a step forward.
