Pros
The company's mission is incredible and so needed. It started dedicated to finding the right roles for veterans exiting service. eventually the demographics changed to include other groups like neurodiverse.
They made mistakes but the new CEO is trying to right the ship.
There are some really great people who work here but sadly few and far between.
Cons
The training provided was on a minimal amount and employees really couldn't perform their roles 100% without additional training.
I found the culture very toxic and very military which doesn't work if you are NOT IN THE MILITARY. This was a corporate company not the military, but people refused to follow proper procedures and go around people if they didn't get the answer they wanted to hear.
I personally experienced bullying from senior leaders and peers. I reported it to the appropriate authority only to be completely ignored. When it continued, I reported it again only to hear that was okay because "people were just upset at the situation". Granted people can be upset, It is allowed, but to be called names in a teams meeting, yelled at in other meetings, and to be disregarded when the concern is raised is not okay.
