      Horrible working environment. Racist institutions that treats Black people like slaves. There is a crazy white woman named Catherine Hill. She is evil and oppresses everyone.

      Cons

      Your mental health will go to the dogs. Backstabbing and use of junior staff members to write articles for the Senior pprofessors who take credit of your work. Save your mental health and do not go and work in this company. It is a suicide chamber. Plantation!
