Pros

The people at Wizard Studios truly make this place special. The company not only hires individuals with exceptional talent, which helps bring our client's projects to life in amazing ways, but also fosters a positive atmosphere where everyone supports each other's success. I’m constantly learning new skills and expanding my knowledge, which has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. It's a great environment to thrive in!

Cons

One downside of the event industry as a whole is the fast pace, with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. It can be a bit stressful at times, but with the right support system and teammates it's manageable.

Pros

- Excellent caliber of people (non-leadership). PMs, most of the sales team and coordinators are usually delightful and very intelligent. - Some off-site events - Some hybrid flexibility depending on your role in the company

Cons

Perceived favoritism tied to revenue performance, which can impact team dynamics and decision-making * Leadership could improve transparency and consistency in accountability * Expectations around hours can be unclear; employees may feel pressure to work beyond standard hours while also being monitored on overtime * Management support and communication may be inconsistent, which can make the work environment feel discouraging at times * Limited opportunities for structured career growth or development * Compensation increases are not always proactive and may require employees to initiate discussions * High turnover in certain roles, which can affect team stability * Office location may be inconvenient for some commuters (e.g., Hallets Point in LIC)
