Pros

It looks great on your resume

Cons

Employer is condescending, there is lot of favoritism and I must say there is a lot of nepotism within the firm. The partners keep the company away from evolving, they refuse to set new ideas forward. Management micro-manages, and the open door policy is a complete joke. Although some attorneys are amiable, most of the attorneys are dry and don't even take the time to reply to you when you greet them. The division between attorneys and staff is extremely visible, it is sad and depressing. The pay is horrible, the benefits are basic and you are scolded for calling in sick.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am sorry that your experience with the firm was not a positive one. The firm is now under new management and we are addressing some of the issues you describe. For the record, we have many employees who are happy here and have been here more than ten years. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about this firm. My coworkers are my extended family, very supportive and a pleasure to work with. The attorneys are beyond 5 stars. WRSSR encourages growth and provides the tools to maximize abilities.

Cons

Not a thing to add here.

Pros

As a manager, I've enjoyed being able to work closely with attorneys and staff across the firm. The job offers a lot of variety and overall it is a great place to work for if you're looking for professional growth. The compensation is very competitive, the health benefits are strong and the firm supports work-life balance. The office location is another plus - set away from busier buildings and conveniently close to two major freeways.

Cons

The demand from attorneys and the pace can be very fast moving. To succeed here, you need strong organizational and time management skills. Also need to be tech-savvy and comfortable using different systems and tools to keep up with the demands of work.
