Pros
Beautiful clothing, luxury boutique atmosphere, freedom to run your business how it works for you, within some general guidelines. They are very receptive to feedback, and I love the fact that upper management is so involved, without micromanaging. We send our daily recap emails not only to our regional manager, but to the president of the company, and she actually writes back with words of encouragement! The company is global, but still feels small and tight knit.
Cons
They are behind in terms of technology. Their POS system is in need of an overhaul, and processes like transferring merchandise between stores is too lengthy of an ordeal, but you learn to make it work to make business happen. The POS doubles as your computer, and this can be challenging when you are trying to finish a task.
