Management will do whatever it takes. Pushing for 10% more from employees year over year results in compounded stress, Keeping your head low is not a viable approach. Employees were compelled to engage after work hours. Plagiarism was tolerated. Anonymous 360's reviews were used to toss each other under the bus. Non-compete clause blocks future employment.
