      This is totally based off of the Siler City Site. Sitting around all day doing nothing. Just waiting to hear we're all laid off at this facility. Spend all this money and hire all these people just to up and lay everyone off and shut the doors.

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
