Pros
It's a job that pays a livable wage. The best part of the day is walking out of the door. After I was hired, I was very surprised to see my work environment for the first time. You will too!
Cons
Depressing and overly managed. Be prepared to work for inexperienced managers straight out of college. What an awful experience! Company wide meetings would nearly break out in riots.
