Pros
1. Fast paced environment for constant need of change. 2. International team members with English as working language. 3. Friendly, supportive and talented team members. 4. Ability to learn from different domains.
Cons
1. Non-developer people do not seem to have that much voice in the company even when we are burning out with mounting workload and vocal about hiring more. There would be ambitious goals with no budget. 2. Since joining Wolt, I have observed quite a few restructures without a realistic vision of operation. 3. All result in very much corporate like environment with thickening bureaucracy. 4. Office perks for Helsinki employees get cut sharply, even when we do not even have lunch or entertainment benefits as other companies. No motivation for getting people back to the office. 5. High level management is too distant to listen to employees' concern.
