Work culture needs improvement - Software Engineer Wolt Employee Review

- No budget for self development (although provide access to oreilly platform, but nothing else like conference, courses, etc) - Individual culture is stronger than team culture. (People always dm individuals instead of contacting teams) - Team aren’t autonomous and code ownership is violated easily - Legacy and non-standard tech stack (consumer mobile) - Low salary raise after a good review (biggest minus) - Weak management and organizational operation
