      Fairly good journey to work and working hours. Salary was good but been cut several times

      Cut in salary has been a big heartache. Management always looking for ways to take money from you.

      I enjoy working at Wolverhampton Council and senior leadership are great - everyone feels equal in the office.

      Cons

      Reform councillors. Middle management can be frustrating. Lots of staff waiting to retire blocking jobs for competent people.
