In line with my pass experience in the Footwear Industry. It was also in line with my pass collection activities and pass credit experience
Cons
The company does not realise the work load involves at employee level and does not take necessary course of action to balance out the work load to run the departments with effeciency with a reasonnable and acheivables goals per employees.
