Very talented and experienced footwear people. Strong brands with rich history and great product. Openness of fellow associates to support and teach each other.
Cons
Disconnect between teams and offices. Large portfolio of brands and teams creates conflicting views, often leading to a "do it yourself" mentality towards progress. Waltham office has isolating work spaces and lacks top amenities.
