Pros
Very supportive and understanding managers. Room is made for career progression/opportunities to branch out into other roles if you put in the effort. excellent work benefits - flexible working hours, company discounts, free breakfast, coffee etc.
Cons
When business picked up they could have hired more staff to help with the increased workload. Salary isn't the best out there but its OK.
