Merchandise Coordinator - Consumer Relations Wolverine Worldwide Employee Review

Hiring, review system, organizational structure. After working at Wolverine for 5 years and having them pay for undergrad and a masters program I was not able to interview for jobs within the company. It was very much so about who you know rather than what you know. Lots of middle management with roles I'm not really sure would be considered critical. The job was very boring.
