Pros
Really amazing people to work with and for. Company always trying to improve benefits and make working there a great culture. Work was valuable and interesting and made you feel good.
Cons
I do think they could go even further if they brought in more business, there's a lot of untapped potential there. Pay is lower than you might get elsewhere, but a lot of room to grow and learn.
