      well, it is an act of Congress to reach someone at the office. They do not have a phone number that u can call. Everything is done via e mail. Another thing is, when i signed up i signed with my desktop computer and then i took my drug test. Now , i am being told that in order to sign in and get jobs that i need to sign in to my phone. I have told them that my phone does not have internet but wifi

      Work when you want to, IF they have any assignments.

      Job board is filled with jobs that are NOT available, They call them waitlisted. What is the point of posting the job if they don't actually have an opening. Previously a job showed up when they actually had an opening and someone would select it and complete the assignment. Now it says they have 30 jobs available. but they DON'T. I believe they're doing this to make their numbers look good since they lost so many contracts. I heard it was for price gouging. Not surprised.
