Great and supportive colleagues, fairly easy work, flexible. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like a team! Its a small office so you get to see how everything works which can be really insightful.

On the rare occasion, workload can be overwhelming but this is usually only due to a lack of staff at times.

There are no Pro’s anymore. They have scorned too many staff.

They have treated everyone below management level like dirt. They have turned a business that worked extremely well completely upside down. I’m not sure when or why the directors’ mindsets changed but it makes me feel that the positive experiences I did have many years ago were actually fake. They now only employ managers who have toxic values aligning with their new mantra of being toxic. The very person who will reply to this review with a sarcastic response is one of those. It is a horrible company to work for, they know this and that is why they asked everyone to flood Glassdoor with good reviews. How did that work out for you? To sum up: this is an awful company run by inherently bad, money grabbing directors who have completely lost their values that got them off to such a great start. This will all come crashing down one day and so many people will say “I told you so”. I think about 10 ex-staff members have taken them to court too which speaks VOLUMES.
